The award comes from an initiative called The Circulars and recognizes “notable contributions to the circular economy in the private sector, public sector and society.”

The 2019 Circular Economy runners-up and award winners gathered in Davos, Switzerland on January 21st during the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting. The event marks the second time the World Economic Forum has recognized Cambrian Innovation, the first being the distinction of Global Pioneer in 2015.
