Basic Function
The Sr. Process Engineer–High Rate Anerobic Treatment Specialist is a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in high rate anerobic treatment systems (EGSB, UASB, etc.).  The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process engineering, with a focus on designing, optimizing, and implementing advanced water treatment solutions.  This position will be responsible for creating preliminary and final process designs and will be responsible for coordinating small to mid-scale projects and will bring an understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies, specifically high-rate anaerobic treatment (EGSB and UASB), dissolved air flotation, and MBR.  Additionally, the candidate must be capable of working with a team of project managers and building relationships with potential clients and vendors.

Title:  Wastewater Operator II
Location: Keaau, HI
Reports to: Director of Field Operations

Basic Function
The Wastewater Operator II will be responsible for physically operating and maintaining Cambrian’s Wastewater Treatment Facility in Keaau, HI. The Operator will maintain compliance for water quality and will support the sales team by assisting with facility tours.  In addition, the ideal candidate will be expected to routinely communicate with customers and the Director of Field Operations to ensure smooth operations, often across regional sites.  The position will track and respond to issues related to system operation and maintenance while working across the company’s departments to ensure the site is operating to design specifications, that the client is responded to promptly and operational issues in the field are addressed in a timely fashion. The individual should be knowledgeable on wastewater treatment standard practices and capable of operating Dissolved Air Flotation, Anaerobic Treatment technologies, MBRs, Reverse Osmosis, and other ancillary equipment. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of OSHA and other EPA and California State regulatory compliance, plant operations, controls, and lab sampling standards. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of working with a team of interdisciplinary engineers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors while maintaining both the best interests of the company and clients who choose to partner with Cambrian for their unique water treatment needs.

Title:  Field Operations Manager
Reports to: Sr. Director of Field Operations

Basic Function
The Operations Manager reports to the Senior Director of Field Operations and oversees sites with operations contracts, supports the sales team objectives and efforts, and oversees the day-to-day workflow and operations team.  The Operations Manager is expected to routinely communicate with operations staff and the senior management team acting as the liaison between leadership and operations performance. This role must track and manage operations contracts, adhere to operating site P&L, operational and commercial monthly reporting.

The role requires work across the company’s departments to ensure sites are operating to design specifications, customers are responded to promptly and operational issues in the field are addressed. This position requires extensive travel, as needed, to installations across the United States.

The individual should be capable of managing and understanding detailed drawings and documents of small to mid-scale projects along with material procurement and logistics. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of OSHA, EPA and other regulatory compliance, capital equipment design, site layouts, plant operations, process requirements, engineering principles, controls, and construction standards. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of working with a team of interdisciplinary engineers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors while maintaining both the best interests of the company and clients who choose to partner with the company for their unique water treatment needs.

Basic Function
The Field Service Representative - Commissioning will be responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and initial operations integration in the field for Cambrian’s Wastewater Treatment Facilities. The Field Service Representative will execute commissioning and support operation to maintain compliance for water quantity and quality. The ideal candidate will be expected to contribute to, execute, and document commissioning plans at various locations. The role will fulfill the need for a technical resource in the field to execute items such as calibration scaling, wiring tests and checks, hydro testing, construction milestone verification, troubleshooting, and configuration of flowmeters, instruments, valves, pumps, PLC and SCADA programming, as well as have process experience in the operation of the system.

The role routinely communicates with customers and leadership to ensure meeting of schedule and proper technical operation s of equipment.  The position will proactively track and respond to punch list, and issues related to startup, commissioning, troubleshooting while working across the company’s departments to ensure the site is operating to design specifications, that the internal and external client is responded to promptly and startup, commissioning, troubleshooting issues in the field are addressed in a timely fashion.

The Field Service Representative will be responsible for initial operation and maintenance of Cambrian’s Wastewater Treatment Facility while performing startup, commissioning, and relevant training of local site operators.

The individual should be knowledgeable on wastewater treatment standard practices. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of OSHA, EPA and State regulatory compliance, plant operations, controls, and lab sampling standards. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of working with a team of interdisciplinary engineers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors while maintaining both the best interests of the company and clients who choose to partner with Cambrian for their unique water treatment needs.
