Basic Function
The C&I Project Developer serves as a member of the Cambrian team and is responsible for executing the sales plan, customer prospecting, project development, deal closure, and pipeline growth. In this position, the C&I Project Developer will develop Water Energy Purchase Agreement (WEPA) projects in the United States. This role will report to the Vice President of Sales and work collaboratively with engineering, finance, delivery, and field operations leadership to ensure financial goals are met while uncompromising to company values and a culture of teamwork and positivity.
The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, efficient, and resourceful, demonstrating a comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make empowered decisions. They will also be adept at leading project execution, ensuring that objectives are met while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

Title: Field Service Representative

Basic FunctionThe Field Service Representative will physically operate and maintain Cambrian’s Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Field Service Representative will support commissioning and execute operations to maintain compliance with water quality and will support the sales team by assisting with facility tours. In addition, the ideal candidate will be expected to routinely communicate with customers and the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations. The position will proactively track and respond to issues related to system operation and maintenance while working across the company’s departments to ensure the site is operating to design specifications, that the client is responded to promptly and operational issues in the field are addressed in a timely fashion.
The individual should be knowledgeable on wastewater treatment standard practices. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of EPA and other State regulatory compliance, plant operations, controls, and lab sampling standards. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of working with a team of interdisciplinary engineers, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors while maintaining both the best interests of the company and clients who choose to partner with Cambrian for their unique water treatment needs.
This position may require some travel to installations across the United States to support our various sites.

This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and plan. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in environmental technology, sustainable practices, and digital marketing strategies.
Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will be instrumental in generating sales leads and enhancing Cambrian's brand image to support sales growth. As the company expands, this individual will also identify hiring needs and build a marketing team focused on positioning Cambrian as a leader in cost-effective treatment solutions.

Basic Function:
The Estimating & Procurement Program Manager is a key member of the Cambrian team responsible for overseeing the procurement and estimation processes for all company projects. This role is vital to ensuring project costs are accurately estimated and managed while optimizing procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. This position collaborates closely with engineering, project management, finance, and general council teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and ultimately drive project success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong procurement and project estimation background within the engineering or construction sectors. They will demonstrate excellence in negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis, with a strategic mindset focused on achieving competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
